普通高校学生网球技术等级评价标准实践研究

Practice Research on Evaluation Standards of Tennis Skills for Ordinary College Students

为培养大学生终身体育锻炼的能力和习惯,使网球项目真正为大学生所掌握和运用,有必要对学生学习的网球技术进行等级标准的认定和认证。网球技术等级评价标准对普及和提高普通大学生网球技术水平具有重要的意义。通过对比国内外网球技术等级的现状,制定普通高校学生网球技术等级,并提出构建新的授课方式、建立良好的测评体系、标准不断更新和举办高校网球分级赛4条建议。

In order to cultivate college students’ ability and habit of lifelong physical exercise,and make the tennis project truly mastered and used by college students,it is necessary to identify and certify the tennis technology of students.The evaluation standard of tennis skill grade is of great significance to popularize and improve the tennis skill level of ordinary college students.By comparing the current situation of tennis skill grades at home and abroad,this paper formulates the tennis skill grades of college students,and puts forward four suggestions:constructing a new teaching method,establishing a good evaluation system,constantly updating the standards,and holding college tennis competition.
