关于中学生体质健康测试的思考

Thinking about the Physical Health Test of Middle School Students

我国学生体质健康测试虽已实施多年,但是中学生体质健康水平下滑的现象仍然没有得到明显遏制,需要反思目前中学生体质健康测试问题。该文通过整理文献并进行分析,发现存在三方面的问题:中学生体质健康测试工作备受各个学校重视,但对中学生体质健康水平提升效果不显著;国家规定的中学生体质健康测试项目及指标具有一定的代表性与可操作性,但个别指标还有待商榷,测试项目的实施标准、方式方法、结果评价等方面仍存在问题;中学生体质测试工作已常态化、规范化,测试结果对中学生身体活动的促进工作没有有效落实,体育教师测试工作补贴不足。中学生体质健康测试还有待加强和改善,测试工作要做实,切忌流行于测试形式,要转变观念,需强化测试与评价的各个环节,以及建立评测后学生体质健康水平的干预措施。

In view of the fact that our country’s students’ physical health tests have been implemented for many years,the decline in the physical health of middle school students has not yet been clearly curbed.It is necessary to reflect on the current problems of the physical health tests of middle school students.Through collating the literature and discovering and analyzing,there are three problems:the health test of middle school students is highly valued by various schools,but the effect of improving the health level of middle school students is not significant;the health test items and indicators of middle school students prescribed by the state have a certain representativeness and operability,but some indicators are still to be discussed,and there are still problems in the implementation standards,methods and results evaluation of test items;the physical test of middle school students has been normalized and standardized,but the test results for middle school students are not effective in promoting students’ physical activity and the subsidies for the test of physical education teachers are insufficient.The physical health test of middle school students still needs to be strengthened and improved.The test work should be realistic and not be a mere formality.To change the concept,it is necessary to strengthen all aspects of testing and evaluation,and to establish intervention measures for the post-test student physical health level.
