基于中西医结合探讨盆底康复对功能性便秘的影响

Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation on Functional Constipation Based on Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的研究个性化中西医结合康复治疗,即生物反馈、情志护理、中医治疗联合治疗方案在功能性便秘(FC)中的疗效。方法选取盆底医学中心收治且符合FC罗马Ⅲ诊断标准的患者77例。对每例入组患者治疗前进行临床症状、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,对患者进行1~2个中西医结合个性化康复治疗疗程(即医、护、治疗师共同为患者制定个性化的中西医结合盆底康复方案),观察患者治疗后的临床症状、SAS、SDS评分改变。结果77例FC患者经生物反馈、心理护理和中医治疗联合治疗后,临床症状减轻,SAS和SDS评分改善(P<0.05),88.3%肌力减弱情况得到提升。结论个性化中西医结合康复治疗可显著改善FC患者临床症状和焦虑、抑郁症状,表明个性化中西医结合康复治疗对FC有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of individualized comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,namely the combined treatment of biofeedback,psychological nursing,and traditional Chinese medicine in functional constipation(FC).Methods 77 patients of the integrated pelvic floor medical center with FC Roman Ⅲ diagnosis standard were delected.Prior to treatment,giving the evaluation of clinical symptoms,anxiety scale(SAS),depression self-rating scale(SDS)score for the selected patients,offering the patients with one or two comprehensive personalized rehabilitation treatment(The doctors,nurses,and PTs develop the comprehensive personalized pelvic floor rehabilitation scheme for patients).The researchers observed the changes of clinical symptoms,SAS,SDS score of patients after treatment.Results The clinical symptoms of 77 FC patients were alleviated,SAS and SDS scores were improved(P<0.05),and muscle strength rose by 88.3%.Conclusion Personalized comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression of FC patients,indicating that personalized comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has a good therapeutic effect on FC.
