多功能推拿椅改善原发性失眠临床观察

Clinical Observation on Multifunctional Massage Chair on the Improvement of Primary Insomnia

目的观察多功能推拿椅改善原发性失眠的临床疗效。方法选取60例原发性失眠患者随机分为推拿椅组和药物组,30例健康人设为空白组。推拿椅组采用多功能推拿椅治疗,药物组予以西药疗法,空白组不进行任何干预。比较各组各时期匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、阿森斯睡眠量表(AIS)评分情况。结果治疗后推拿椅组和药物组较治疗前各评分均降低(P<0.05),且组间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);但推拿椅组治疗1周与治疗2周后各评分降低不明显(P>0.05)。推拿椅组、药物组总有效率分别为73.33%、86.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多功能推拿椅能有效降低失眠患者量表评分、改善患者睡眠质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the multifunctional massage chair on the improvement of primary insomnia.Methods Sixty patients with primary insomnia were randomly divided into a massage chair group and a drug group,and 30 healthy people were set as a blank group.The massage chair group was treated with a multifunctional massage chair,the drug group was given Western medicine therapy,and the blank group did not undergo any intervention.The Pitts-burgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and the athens insomnia scale(AIS)scores of each group were compared in each period.Results After treatment,the scores of the massage chair group and the drug group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05).But the score reduction of massage chair group after treated between 1 week and 2 weeks was not significant(P>0.05).The total effective rates of the massage chair group and the drug group were 73.33%and 86.67%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The multifunctional massage chair can effectively reduce the score of insomnia and improve the sleep quality of patients.
