电针配合康复训练对脑卒中软瘫期上肢肌张力及运动功能恢复的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Muscle Tension and Motor Function Recovery of Upper Limbs during Cerebral Apoplexy

摘要 目的探究电针配合康复训练对脑卒中软瘫期上肢肌张力及运动功能恢复的影响。方法选择2019年7月—2020年7月收治的脑卒中软瘫期患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组80例与观察组80例,对照组开展康复训练,观察组在对照组康复训练基础上联合电针,分别于治疗前后采用改良Ashworth痉挛量表(Modified Ashworth Scale,MAS)、简化Fugl-Meyer量表(FuglMeyer Assessment,FMA)、改良巴氏指数(Modified Barthel Index,MBI)评估2组肌张力、运动功能及日常生活能力。结果治疗前2组MAS分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组MAS 1~2级多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组FMA评分及MBI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组FMA评分及MBI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合康复训练在脑卒中软瘫期应用可提升上肢肌张力,改善运动功能及日常生活能力。 Objective To explore the effects of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the muscle tension and motor function recovery of the upper extremity during cerebral apoplexy with soft paralysis.Methods The patients with cerebral apoplexy with flaccid paralysis admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(80 cases)and the observation group(80 cases)used the random number table method.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group combined with electroacupuncture on the basis of rehabilitation training in the control group.The Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)were used to evaluate the muscle tone,motor function and daily living ability of the two groups before and after treatment,respectively.Results Comparison of MAS classification between the two groups before treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher MAS grade 1~2 than the control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).FMA scores and MBI scores of the two groups before treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),and FMA scores and MBI scores of the observation group after treatment were higher than control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combining with rehabilitation training can improve upper limb muscle tension,motor function and daily life ability during stroke.
