中医特色护理在胃脘痛中的应用价值

The Application Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing Intervention in Epigastralgia

目的探讨中医特色护理在胃脘痛中的应用价值。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月收治的60例胃脘痛患者,根据入院先后顺序将患者分为干预组、对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用中医特色护理(热盐敷包、穴位贴敷与按摩,情志护理以及饮食指导),对比观察2组患者的护理满意度以及生存质量评定量表(WHOQOL)评分。结果干预组护理满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预后,干预组WHO-QOL量表中的生理职能、精神健康和社会功能三项指标评分差异均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中医特色护理疏通经络、平衡阴阳、补益脾胃、扶正祛邪,有效改善患者胃脘痛症状,提高患者的生存质量,患者的满意度高,护理效果显著,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention in the treatment of epigastralgia. Methods 60 patients with epigastralgia admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into intervention group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the intervention group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing features( hot salt pack,acupoint application and massage,emotional nursing and diet guidance). The nursing satisfaction and quality of life rating scale( WHOQOL) scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 96. 67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group( 80. 00%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After intervention,the scores of physiological function,mental health and social function in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention can dredge the meridians,balance the yin and yang,tonify the spleen and stomach,strengthen the healthy and dispel the pathogenic factors,effectively improve the symptoms of epigastralgia,improve the quality of life of the patients,improve the satisfaction of the patients,and has significant nursing effect and high clinical application value.
