麻杏石甘汤加减对支原体肺炎患儿免疫功能及血清CPR、TNF-α、IL-6水平的影响

Effect of Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction on Immune Function and Serum CRP and TNF-α,IL-6 Levels in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的探讨麻杏石甘汤加减对支原体肺炎患儿免疫功能及血清CPR、TNF-α、IL-6水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月收治的支原体肺炎患儿112例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组给予阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素干混悬剂联合麻杏石甘汤加减治疗,7 d为一个疗程,2组均治疗2个疗程。对比2组患儿治疗前后的心理状况评分、免疫功能及血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平。结果与治疗前比,治疗后2组患儿的SCARED评分、DSRSC评分及血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组;而2组患儿血清IgG、IgM、IgA水平均升高,观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤加减可有效缓解支原体肺炎患儿的临床症状,改善患儿心理状态,同时可抑制机体炎症反应,并提高免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of modified Maxing Shigan decoction on immune function and serum CRP and TNF-α,IL-6 levels in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 112 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin dry suspension,and the observation group was treated with azithromycin dry suspension combined with modified Maxing Shigan decoction.7 d was a course of treatment,and both groups were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,SCARED score,DSRSC score,the levels of serum CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups all decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group and the levels of serum IgG,IgM and IgA in the two groups all increased,while those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the psychological state of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,suppress the body’s inflammatory response and improve the immune function.
