益肾安宫方联合黄体酮对复发性流产患者免疫功能及血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17水平的影响

Effect of Yishen Angong Recipe Combined with Progesterone on Immune Function and Serum Levels of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-17 in Patients with Recurrent Abortion

目的探讨益肾安宫方联合黄体酮对复发性流产患者免疫功能及血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17水平的影响。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月收治的110例复发性流产患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(55例)和试验组(55例),对照组给予黄体酮治疗,试验组在此基础上联合益肾安宫方汤剂治疗,1周为一个疗程,2组均治疗3个疗程。比较2组患者治疗前后外周血GATA-3、STAT-3、FOXP3、血浆Th1、Th2、Th17水平及血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17水平。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者外周血GATA-3、FOXP3、血浆Th2、血清IL-4水平升高,且试验组高于对照组;外周血STAT-3、血浆Th1、Th17、血清IFN-γ、IL-17水平降低,且试验组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论益肾安宫方联合黄体酮可有效调节复发性流产患者T细胞亚群分化失衡状态,提高免疫功能,抑制炎症反应,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen Angong recipe combined with progesterone on immune function and serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-17 in patients with recurrent abortion.Methods 110 patients with recurrent abortion in our hospital from December2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=55)and the treatment group(n=55).The control group was treated with progesterone injection,and the treatment group was treated with Yishen Angong decoction on the basis of progesterone injection.One week was a course of treatment,and the two groups were treated for three courses.The levels of GATA-3,Stat-3,Foxp3,plasma Th1,Th2,Th17,serum IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-17 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of GATA-3,Foxp3,plasma Th2 and serum IL-4 in the two groups increased after treatment,and those in the treatment group higher than those in the control group.The levels of plasma Th1,Th17,IFN-γand IL-17 in the peripheral blood in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Angong decoction combined with progesterone can effectively regulate the imbalance of T cell subsets differentiation in patients with recurrent abortion,improve immune function,inhibit inflammatory reaction and improve the therapeutic effect.
