六君子汤治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Liujunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia of Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation Type

目的研究六君子汤加减治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月收治的104例功能性消化不良患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(52例)和试验组(52例)。对照组患者接受奥美拉唑肠溶片联合多潘立酮片治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合六君子汤加减治疗,2组均以7 d为一个疗程,均连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效、治疗期间不良反应以及治疗前后中医证候积分。结果试验组和对照组患者总有效率分别为96.15%、76.92%,试验组高于对照组;试验组和对照组患者不良反应的总发生率分别为13.46%和25.00%,试验组低于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者上腹灼烧感、恶心嗳气、上腹痛、餐后饱腹不适感及早饱感等中医证候积分均降低,且试验组较对照组低(均P <0.05)。结论六君子汤加减治疗可有效缓解功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,改善其中医证候积分,同时减少患者不良反应,提高治疗效果。

To study the clinical efficacy of modified Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type. Methods A total of 104 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into the control group( n = 52) and the treatment group( n = 52) according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole enteric coated tablets combined with Domperidone tablets,while patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group. 7 d as a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 2 consecutive courses. The clinical efficacy after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 15% which was higher than 76. 92% of the control group. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 13. 46% which was lower than 25. 00% in the control group. Compared with those before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as epigastric burning,nausea and belching,epigastric pain,postprandial discomfort and early satiety decreased in both groups,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Modified Liujunzi decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia,improve the TCM syndrome scores,reduce the adverse reactions and improve the therapeutic effect.
