自拟解瘀化痰方治疗痰浊瘀血型偏头痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Relieving Blood Stasis and Phlegm Recipe in the Treatment of Migraine of Phlegm Turbidity and Blood Stasis

目的探讨在痰浊瘀血型偏头痛患者治疗中应用自拟中药方剂解瘀化痰方的有效性与安全性。方法研究对象为2017年10月—2020年10月就医的痰浊瘀血型偏头痛患者100例,以治疗方法不同均分为2组。常规组予以西比灵胶囊,试验组予以自拟中药方剂解瘀化痰方,分析2组疗效。结果试验组治疗总有效率比常规组高,分别为96.0%、82.0%(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05);试验组中医证候积分(15.39±2.27)分,显著低于常规组(20.94±2.82)分(t=10.841,P<0.05)。2组治疗期间并无不良反应及毒副作用发生。结论相较于常规西药治疗,将自拟中药方剂应用于痰浊瘀血型偏头痛患者治疗中,不仅能够得到确切疗效,有效缓解患者症状,降低头痛症状反复发作的同时,还具备较高安全性,建议推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of relieving blood stasis and phlegm recipe in the treatment of migraine patients of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis.Methods 100 patients with migraine of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type who came to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2020 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The conventional group was given Xibiling capsule,and the experimental group was given relieving blood stasis and phlegm recipe.The therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group and the conventional group was 96.0%and 82.0%,χ^(2)=5.005(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group(15.39±2.27)was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(20.94±2.82),t=10.841(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions and side effects in the two groups.Conclusion Compared with the conventional western medicine treatment,the application of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of patients with migraine of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type can not only obtain the exact curative effect,effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence of headache symptoms,but also has high safety,which is recommended to be popularized.
