中药熏蒸联合中医护理治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinic Investigation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨中药熏蒸联合中医护理治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取64例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。对照组实施常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组常规治疗和护理的基础上实施中药熏蒸和中医护理干预,比较2组患者的膝关节疼痛评分、功能评分和护理满意度。结果经治疗和护理后,观察组膝关节疼痛评分为(3.1±0.8)分显著低于对照组的(4.8±1.1)分,观察组膝关节功能评分为(76.5±2.8)分,显著高于对照组的(70.1±2.5)分,观察组护理总满意率96.9%显著高于对照组的75.0%,三者差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节炎患者实施中药熏蒸和中医护理干预能够显著提高临床疗效和护理满意度,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with TCM comprehensive nursing on knee osteoarthritis.Methods 64 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing,and the observation group was given TCM fumigation and TCM comprehensive nursing in addition to the routine nursing.The level of knee pain,knee functionality,and satisfactory rate were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the level of knee pain of the observation group was(3.1±0.8)which was statistically significantly lower than(4.8±1.1)of the control group.The score of knee functionality of the observation group was(76.5±2.8)which was statistically significantly higher than(70.1±2.5)of the control group.The satisfactory rate of the observation group was 96.9%which was statistically significantly higher than 75.0%of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM fumigation combined with comprehensive TCM nursing can significantly improve the clinic efficacy and satisfactory rate for the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis,resulting in a better life quality of patients.
