基于众数降序算法编写铭忆中医药处方审核软件

Compiling Mingyi TCM Prescription Review Software Based on Mode Descending Algorithm

目的按照《医疗机构处方审核规范》要求,积极推进处方审核信息化,编写铭忆中医药处方审核软件,促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。方法录入数据形成基础库,应用Microsfot Excel函数和VBA编程语言,基于众数降序算法,建立[用药合理性]、[超量用药]和[十八反十九畏]等审核模块。结果软件可以发现处方超量、十八反/十九畏/相恶配伍禁忌;显示处方所引用经典方剂功用主治等11项内容,结合处方载明的临床诊断与证型,分析判断处方用药适宜性。结论软件可有效规范医师处方行为,降低中医药处方临床用药风险,化解可能的医患纠纷,提高合理用药水平。

Objective In accordance with the requirements of the Regulations for Prescription Review of Medical Institutions,this software to promote the informatization of prescription review and the rational usage of clinical drug was built to ensure the safety of patients’ drug use.Methods Based on a huge database,prescriptions could be checked by several audit modules such as pharmaceutical rationality,excessive drug use and eighteen clashes and nineteen incompatibilities with the help of Microsfot Excel function,VBA programming language and the mode descending algorithm. Results The software would detect overdose,eighteen clashes and nineteen incompatibilities and compatibility contraindications,display 11 items including the functions and indications of classic prescriptions cited in the prescription,by which doctors could analyze and determine the appropriateness of prescription combining the clinical diagnosis and syndrome types stated in the prescription. Conclusion This software can effectively regulate the prescription behavior of physicians,reduce the risk of clinical traditional Chinese medicine use,minimize the possibility of doctor-patient disputes and promote rational drug use.
