摘要
为了进一步加强装备试验鉴定工作,根据新时代国防和军队现代化建设需求构建先进、实用的试验鉴定体系的使命,通过分析美国试验鉴定体系和军用航空器适航技术的发展,深入研究适航技术与试验鉴定技术共同的科学理论基础,提出通过军用航空器适航研究构建先进、实用的试验鉴定体系的新理念以及摸清装备性能底数的新方法和新路径,并在此基础上形成军用航空器适航与试验鉴定体系相结合的技术发展路径。
In order to further strengthen the test and evaluation of equipment, according to the mission of building an advanced and practical test and evaluation system in the new era of national defense and military modernization, this paper puts forward a new concept of building an advanced and practical test evaluation system and provides a new way to thoroughly understand the performance of military aircraft airworthiness equipment through airworthiness of military aircraft by analyzing the development of U.S. test and evaluation system, airworthiness technology for military aircraft, and in-depth study of the common scientific theoretical basis of airworthiness technology and test technology. On this basis, the technological development way combining airworthiness and test and evaluation system for military aircraft is formed.
