单角子宫患者宫腔内人工授精临床结局分析

Clinical outcomes of patients with unicornuate uterus after intrauterine insemination

目的分析单角子宫患者进行宫腔内人工授精(IUI)的妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2019年12月在我院因单角子宫合并不孕症行IUI助孕患者的临床资料,共纳入单角子宫患者34例,基于倾向值匹配同期单侧输卵管阻塞合并不孕症行IUI患者68例为对照组。比较两组之间妊娠结局的差异。结果两组间基础资料无统计学差异(P>0.05)。单角子宫组HCG阳性率(29.41%vs.23.53%)、临床妊娠率(23.53%vs.20.59%)和活产率(17.65%vs.16.18%)均高于对照组,但均无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者异位妊娠率和流产率亦均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论单角子宫不影响IUI妊娠结局。

Objective:To investigate the pregnancy outcomes of patients with unicornuate uterus after intrauterine insemination(IUI).Methods:The data of 34 infertile patients with unicornuate uterus who underwent their first IUI from January 2014 to December 2019 were analyzed.Sixty-eight infertile patients with obstruction of unilateral fallopian tube who underwent IUI were recruited as controls.The differences of live birth rate,HCG positive rate,ectopic pregnancy rate,abortion rate and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in basic characters between the two groups(P>0.05).The HCG positive rate(29.41%vs.23.53%),clinical pregnancy rate(23.53%vs.20.59%)and live birth rate(17.65%vs.16.18%)of the patients with unicornuate uterus were higher than those of controls,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in ectopic pregnancy rate and miscarriage rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Unicornuate uterus does not affect pregnancy outcome of IUI.
