Class Ⅳ surface standard technology and problems of outlet water extraction standard of urban sewage treatment plant

城镇污水处理厂出水提标至准地表Ⅳ在国内实施越来越广泛,一般在原有污水厂基础上增加深度处理处理设施,应用较多的为高效沉淀池与深床滤池。文章以温岭市某污水处理厂为例阐述了出水标准由GB18918-2002一级B提标至准地表Ⅳ类的技术路线及工艺运行控制要点,对遇到问题进行列举,并提出了改进建议。

Effluent standards of municipal sewage treatment plants to quasi-surface Ⅳ are being implemented more and more widely in China. Generally, advanced treatment facilities are added to the existing sewage treatment plants. High efficiency sedimentation tank and deep bed filter are widely used. Taking a sewage treatment plant in Wenling City as an example, this paper expounds the technical route and key points of process operation control for the upgrading of effluent standard from grade 1B of GB18918-2002 to type Ⅳ of quasisurface, lists the problems encountered and suggestions for improvement.
