文章介绍了内外侧杠杆的制动原理、裂损故障及原因,分析了现有的无损检测方法,经对比分析,对现有的无损检测技术进行了改进。运行结果表明:改进后的无损检测方法极大地减少了内外侧杠杆断裂故障,降低了铁路客车运行安全隐患。

The article introduces the braking principle, crack failure and causes of the inner and outer levers, analyzes the existing nondestructive testing methods, and after comparative analysis, improves the existing non-destructive testing technology. The operating results show that the improved non-destructive testing method greatly reduces the failure of the inner and outer levers, and reduces the hidden dangers of railway passenger car operation.
