在全球能源转型的大背景下,高层次创新应用型人才需求旺盛,积极发展专业学位研究生教育成为主动服务创新型国家建设的重要路径。结合新疆大学电气工程专业学位研究生教育改革探索与实践,提出知识、能力、素质、价值“四位一体”培养理念,探索建立以实践能力培养为重点、以产教融合为途径的“专业学位+能力拓展”专业学位培养模式,为工科类专业学位研究生的培养提供一定的参考和借鉴。

In the context of the global energy transition,there is a strong demand for high-level innovative and applied talents.Actively developing professional master's degree graduate education has become an important path to actively serve the construction of an innovative country.Combining with the exploration and practice of School of Electrical Engineering,Xinjiang University's master degree postgraduate education reform,the concept of"four-in-one"training of knowledge,ability,quality and value is proposed,and explore the establishment of a"professional degree+ability development"professional degree training model that focuses on practical ability training and takes the integration of production and education as the path.It can provide some reference for the cultivation of master's degree in engineering.
