摘要
基于智能量测技术、DSP技术、嵌入式技术开发电机管控、电量检测、绝缘监测及故障定位等多类型智能控制器。以单个控制器作为基础管控节点实现了设备级数据采集、状态感知、精准控制及设备互联,实现了船舶电气设备自主控制,状态监测。通过物联技术构建船舶设备综合管控网络平台,利用数据解耦、重构实现了船舶供配电系统的互联互通,对全船供配电系统进行综合检测与控制,实现“源-网-荷”的统一调度、控制监测及更高层级的智能化管理。
Based on the intelligent measurement technology, DSP technology and embedded technology, develop a variety of intelligent controllers such as motor control device, electric quantity detection device, insulation monitoring and fault location device. As the basic control node, the controller realizes the data collection, state perception, precise control and equipment interconnection, and realizes the independent control and state monitoring of the ship electrical equipment. Through the IOT technology, the integrated management and control network platform of ship equipment is constructed, the interconnection of ship power supply and distribution system is realized by data decoupling and reconstruction, the integrated detection and control of the whole ship power supply and distribution system is carried out, and the unified scheduling, control monitoring and higher-level intelligent management of "source-network-load" are realized.
