全回转推进器传动锥齿轮齿数设计

摘要 针对全回转推进器传动锥齿轮齿数的设计,始终缺乏一套方法从众多齿数中,选定较佳的齿轮齿数。本文通过汇总锥齿轮齿数要求的相关资料,剖析各类要求的特点,转化为程序语言,利用Excel表格、VBA编程,找到一套关于全回转推进器传动锥齿轮齿数设计的通用方法。该方法归纳了锥齿轮齿数要求的特点,适用于一级或二级锥齿轮传动,能够快速地为全回转推进器选定较佳的传动锥齿轮齿数,提高设计效率。 For the design of azimuth thruster transmission bevel gear teeth number, always there is no method, selecting the better gear teeth number from lots of teeth numbers. In this paper, by collecting the relevant data of requirements for bevel gear teeth number, and analyzing the characteristics of each requirement, and converting to programming language, and using EXCEL and VBA, one general method of azimuth thruster transmission bevel gear teeth number design has been found. In the method, the characteristics of requirements for bevel gear teeth number is summed up, and the method can be applied to one step or two steps of bevel gear transmission, which can be used to select the better transmission bevel gear teeth number for azimuth thruster quickly, increasing design efficiency.
