舰载发射装置捷联惯组正交安装误差标定方法 被引量:2

摘要 本文针对某舰载发射装置上安装的捷联惯组设备,建立空间坐标系的几何约束耦合关系模型,基于空间坐标系变换概念,阐述捷联惯组正交安装误差的产生机理和误差标定原理;运用“陀螺寻北仪+电子差分水平仪等”组合标定方法,对捷联惯组在发射装置上安装产生的偏航误差、滚转误差和俯仰误差的标定方法以及正交安装误差的统计方法进行研究和数据分析,为捷联惯组等高精设备在发射装置上的安装和标定提供了一种工程应用方法和思路。 Based on the concept of spatial coordinate system transformation, this article describes the generation mechanism and error calibration principle of the SIMU orthogonal installation error, and uses the combination calibration method of "gyro north finder + electronic differential level, etc". The calibration methods of yaw error, roll error and pitching error caused by the installation of SIMU on the launcher, as well as the statistical methods of orthogonal installation error are studied and analyzed, which provides and engineering application method and idea for the installation and calibration of high-precision equipment such as SIMU on the launcher.
