粮油作物中玉米赤霉烯酮检测方法研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 玉米赤霉烯酮是一种具有雌激素样活性的非甾体类真菌毒素,主要通过被污染的谷物、肉及奶制品等进入人体,危害人体生殖系统的发育。快速、灵敏、准确的玉米赤霉烯酮检测方法是近年来新兴的检测手段。就目前国内外玉米赤酶烯酮的常用检测方法进行了概述和比较,重点阐述相关方法的检测原理及最新研究进展,并对玉米赤酶烯酮检测技术的发展提出展望。 Zearalenone(ZEN)is a nonsteroidal estrogenic mycotoxin.It significantly endangers the development of human reproductive system,and enters the human body mainly through contaminated cereal crops,meat and dairy products.Rapid,sensitive and accurate detection of ZEN has become an emerging method in recent years.This article reviewed and compared the current detection methods of ZEN in China and abroad,mainly focused on the detection principles and the latest research progress of related methods.The development of ZEN detection technology was also prospected.
