新疆吐鲁番盆地土壤甲螨区系分布特征

Faunistic Distribution Characteristics of Soil Oribatid Mites in Turpan Basin,Xinjiang,Northwest China

摘要 【目的】为了解新疆吐鲁番盆地土壤甲螨区系分布特证,为土壤甲螨生物多样性保护和区系分布的系统研究提供基础资料。【方法】于2015-2019年,采用野外采集和室内分类鉴定方法对吐鲁番盆地土壤甲螨区系进行了研究。【结果】研究区共获得土壤甲螨59科77属98种,其中中国新纪录种14种,新疆新纪录种70种和已知种14种。区系分析结果表明:古北界成分13种(13.27%),跨区古北界+东洋界的种类38种(38.78%),广布种8种(8.16%)。在中国动物地理区系划分中,以单区型"蒙新区"为主(18种,18.37%),在跨区分布型中,含东北区跨区分布型最多13式50种(51.22%)。【结论】吐鲁番盆地土壤甲螨区系以古北界种类为主,与东洋界种类重叠率较高。中国动物地理区中具有典型蒙新区特征,与东北区的共有种类最多。 【Objective】In order to understand the species and distribution pattern of soil oribatid mites in Turpan basin,Xinjiang,Northwest China,the present study provides the basic data for the biodiversity conservation and the systematic study of faunistic distribution of soil Oribatida.【Method】The faunal characteristics of soil oribatid mites in Turpan basin was analyzed by field collection and classification methods from 2015 to 2019.【Result】The results showed that 98 species,77 genera and 59 families of soil oribatid mites were obtained,including 14 new record species in China,and 70 new record and 14 known species in Xinjiang.The results of faunal analysis showed that there were 14 Palaearctic species,accounting for 13.27%,38 species of trans-Palaearctic and Oriental ones,accounting for 38.78%,and 8 species were cosmopolitan species,accounting for 8.16%.The mono-type‘Mengxin region’was the main type(18 species,18.37%)in the division of zoogeographic fauna in China,and among the cross-regional distribution types,including the northeast region had 13 types and 50 species(51.22%).【Conclusion】The fauna of the soil oribatida in Turpan basin was mainly dominated by Palaearctic,and the overlap rate of Palaearctic and Oriental species was high.Among the zoogeographical regions of China,the oribatid fauna in Turpan basin has typical characteristics of Mengxin region,with the most common species in Northeast China.
