摘要 【目的】通过对不同辣椒品种(组合)进行种植及抗病性鉴定试验,筛选出具有抗病水平的辣椒品种(组合)。【方法】根据疫病、白粉病、炭疽病和病毒病的病害特点和病原菌特性,结合接种和自然发病综合分析,评价辣椒品种组合材料的抗性水平。【结果】15个辣椒品种(组合)抗感性水平表现有较大差异,辣椒品种(组合)红泰664、红泰668、渝椒13号、组合1-1和5-1等对疫病、白粉病、炭疽病和病毒病综合抗病性较强;其次是艳椒435、艳椒465、渝椒15号、组合3-1、4-1、6-1和7-1等综合抗病性中上水平;组合2-1综合抗病性水平一般;感病品种小米辣和朝天椒均表现感病,抗病品种云干椒7号表现抗病。【结论】综合抗病性在中抗以上的辣椒品种可在辣椒生产中轮换种植,抗病以上的辣椒组合可在育种中资源利用,为抗病辣椒品种的选育及推广提供理论依据。 【Objective】Different Pepper varieties(combinations)with disease resistance were screened through field planting and disease resistance identification.【Method】According to the disease characteristics and pathogen characteristics of phytophthora blight,powdery mildew,anthracnose and virus disease,combined with the comprehensive analysis of inoculation and natural occurrence,the resistance level of pepper varieties(combinations)was evaluated.【Result】The results showed that the resistances of 15 pepper varieties(combinations)were significantly different,and the pepper varieties(combinations)Hongtai 664,Hongtai 668,Yujiao 13,and combinations 1-1 and 5-1 had stronger comprehensive resistance to Phytophthora capsici,Powdery mildew,Pepper anthracnose and virus disease.Then,the comprehensive disease resistance levels of Yanjiao 435,Yanjiao465,Yujiao 15,combination 3-1,4-1,6-1 and 7-1 were in the middle and upper level.The comprehensive disease resistance level of combination 2-1 was general.The susceptible cultivars millet pepper and Chaotian pepper were susceptible,and the resistant variety Yungan Pepper No.7 showed disease resistance.【Conclusion】Varieties with moderate resistance or above could be used in rotation cultivation.Varieties with general resistance could be used as resources in breeding.The results provided a theoretical basis for the breeding and application of resistant varieties.
