临床检验6项肝功能指标的联合检测对肝病诊断的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Combined Detection of Six Liver Function Indexes in the Diagnosis of Liver Disease

目的探讨对肝病进行临床检验6项肝功能指标联合检测诊断的临床价值。方法从2017年2月—2019年2月该院收治的肝病患者100例作为观察组,其中包括23例急性肝炎患者、21例慢性肝炎患者,另外56例分别为肝硬化患者、重型肝炎患者等;另选择同期来该院体检的健康人群100名,设置为对照组,对比两组人员的临床诊断价值,通过肝病患者与健康人群的6项肝功能指标检测结果对比可将指标水平作为肝病患者的辨别依据。结果观察组受检者的ALT(136.15±10.28)IU/L、AST(140.25±11.39)IU/L、GGT(67.26±8.12)IU/L水平均明显高于对照组(26.26±7.15)、(21.27±6.91)、(24.28±6.91)IU/L,差异有统计学意义(t=87.757、89.310、40.311,P<0.001);观察组受检者的CHE(4256.41±517.26)IU/L、PA(167.04±12.28)IU/L、ALB(21.26±4.64)IU/L水平明显低于对照组(7488.64±924.81)、(329.43±60.71)、(45.28±3.84)IU/L,差异有统计学意义(t=30.503、26.218、39.881,P<0.001)。结论联合检测6项肝功能指标能够更准确地诊断出急性肝炎和慢性肝炎患者,对临床肝病的诊断具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection and diagnosis of six liver function indexes for liver disease.Methods Rondom select From February 2017 to February 2019,100 patients with liver disease admitted to the hospital served as the observation group,including 23 patients with acute hepatitis,21 patients with chronic hepatitis,and 56 patients with liver cirrhosis and severe hepatitis respectively;the 100 cases were selected who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period as a control group,and the clinical diagnostic value of the two groups were compared.By comparing the test results of 6 liver function indexes between patients with liver disease and healthy people,the index level can be used as the basis for distinguishing patients with liver disease.Results The ALT(136.15±10.28)IU/L,AST(140.25±11.39)IU/L,and GGT(67.26±8.12)IU/L levels of the subject in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(26.26±7.15)IU/L,(21.27±6.91)IU/L,(24.28±6.91)IU/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=87.757,89.310,40.311,P<0.001);CHE(4256.41±517.26)IU/L,PA(167.04±12.28)IU/L,ALB(21.26±4.64)IU/L levels of subject in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(7488.64±924.81)IU/L,(329.43±60.71)IU/L,(45.28±3.84)IU/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=30.503,26.218,39.881,P<0.001).Conclusion The combined detection of 6 liver function indexes can more accurately diagnose patients with acute hepatitis and chronic hepatitis,and has important application value for the diagnosis of clinical liver disease.
