分析利拉鲁肽对老年2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢、胰岛功能及骨密度的影响

Analysis of the Effects of Liraglutide on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism, Islet Function and Bone Mineral Density in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者采取利拉鲁肽治疗,并观察其对相关指标的影响。方法方便选取2018年8月—2020年7月在该院治疗的70例老年T2DM患者,将其分为两组。对照组35例,使用二甲双胍治疗;观察组35例,使用利拉鲁肽治疗。对比两组患者的糖代谢、脂代谢、BMI、胰岛功能及骨密度等指标。结果治疗后,观察组患者的三酰甘油(TG)(1.66±0.21)mmol/L、总胆固醇(TC)(4.02±0.36)mmol/L、体质量指数(BMI)(21.12±1.05)kg/m2均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.805、7.699、4.531,P<0.05);观察组空腹胰岛素(FINS)(23.23±0.85)IU/L、胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)(88.12±7.15)、空腹C肽(FC-P)(1.89±0.27)μg/L、骨密度(BMD)(2.79±0.65)g/cm^(2)、BGP(16.17±1.16)μg/L均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.943、5.559、4.207、7.810、36.991,P<0.05)。结论与二甲双胍相比,利拉鲁肽的降糖效果相当,但在调节脂代谢、胰岛功能、骨密度以及体质量方面具有显著优势。

Objective To treat elderly patients with T2DM with liraglutide and observe its effect on related indicators.Methods From August 2018 to July 2020,conveniently selected 70 elderly patients with T2DM treated in the hospital were divided into two groups.35 cases in the control group were treated with metformin;35 cases in the observation group were treated with liraglutide.The indexes of glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,BMI,pancreatic islet function and bone density were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,TG(1.66±0.21)mmol/L,TC(4.02±0.36)mmol/L,and BMI(21.12±1.05)kg/m2 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.805,7.699,4.531,P<0.05);FINS(23.23±0.85)IU/L,HOMA-β(88.12±7.15),FC-P(1.89±0.27)μg/L,BMD(2.79±0.65)g/cm^(2),BGP(16.17±1.16)μg/L of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.943,5.559,4.207,7.810,36.991,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with metformin,liraglutide has the same hypoglycemic effect,but it has significant advantages in regulating lipid metabolism,islet function,bone density and body mass.
