Orem自理理论及行为干预对提升前列腺增生患者自我护理能力的应用

The Application of Orem's Self-care Theory and Behavior Intervention to Improve the Self-care Ability of Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨前列腺增生患者行实施行为干预以及Orem自理理论对其自我护理能力与健康行为的提升作用。方法试验以方便选取该院2019年1—12月收治的70例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,随机分组,每组35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施行为干预以及Orem自理理论,对比两组的健康行为指标评分、生活质量、自我护理能力评分、并发症发生率。结果观察组的健康行为指标评分、生活质量、自我护理能力评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率是25.71%(9/35),观察组是5.71%(2/35),观察组发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05)。结论行为干预以及Orem自理理论可有效提高前列腺增生患者的健康行为能力与自我护理能力,与常规护理干预相比,该护理措施能够显著降低患者并发症的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of behavioral intervention in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and Orem's self-care theory on their self-care ability and healthy behavior.Methods In the trial,conveniently selected 70 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 as the research subjects.35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group implemented behavioral intervention and Orem's self-care theory.The scores of health behavior indicators,quality of life,self-care ability scores,and complication rates of the two groups were compared.Results The health behavior index scores,quality of life,and self-care ability scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the control group was 25.71%(9/35),and the observation group was 5.71%(2/35),the observation group had a lower incidence,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05).Conclusion Behavior intervention and Orem self-care theory can effectively improve the healthy behavior ability and self-care ability of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Compared with conventional nursing intervention,this nursing measure can significantly reduce the incidence of complications in patients.
