中西医结合治疗老年骨性关节炎的临床价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Value of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Senile Osteoarthritis

目的对老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用中西医结合治疗的效果进行探究。方法方便选择2019年1月—2020年3月该院收治的老年膝关节骨关节炎患者120例作为该次研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组和结合组,每组60例。采用西医对常规组予以治疗,在此基础上,联合应用中医对结合组予以治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果常规组总有效率为75.0%,结合组总有效率为95.0%,结合组的总有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.412,P<0.05);治疗后,结合组的膝关节功能评分(10.1±2.3)分和疼痛评分(3.6±0.7)分明显低于常规组(17.2±1.5)分、(4.9±1.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=20.028、7.248,P<0.05);常规组的不良反应率为11.7%,结合组的不良反应率为15.0%,结合组的不良反应与常规组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过中西医结合的方式对老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者予以治疗效果显著,能够有效改善患者的膝关节功能和疼痛症状,而且不会增加患者的不良反应,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods The conveniently select 120 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study from January 2019 to March 2020.They were divided into conventional group and combined group according to the random number table method,each group had 60 cases.Western medicine was used to treat the conventional group,and on this basis,the combined group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the conventional group was 75.0%,and the total effective rate of the combined group was 95.0%.The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.412,P<0.05).After treatment,the combined group knee of joint function score(10.1±2.3)points and pain score(3.6±0.7)points were significantly lower than those of the routine group,(17.2±1.5)points and(4.9±1.2)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=20.028,7.248,P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 11.7%of the conventional group,the adverse reaction rate of the combined group was 15.0%,and the adverse reaction rate of the combined group was not significantly different from that of the conventional group(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis through the combination of Chinese and Western medicine has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the knee joint function and pain symptoms of the patients,and it will not increase the patient's adverse reactions and has high safety.
