以调补心肾论治疗失眠患者的临床用药情况分析

Analysis of the Clinical Application of Drugs in the Treatment of Patients with Insomnia by Regulating the Heart and Kidney

目的总结以调补心肾论治疗失眠患者的临床用药情况。方法方便选取2018年1月—2019年12月期间吉林省中医药科学院门诊诊治的60例失眠患者及262个门诊处方作为研究对象,采用中医传承辅助系统V1.1对相应处方进行信息录入,获得相应中药在处方中的用药频率,总结以调补心肾论治失眠患者的用药机制及方法。结果从调补心肾论治失眠经验方所用中药达到65种之多,其中使用频率超过60%的有16种,使用频率最高为熟地黄(98.09%),依次为山茱萸(95.80%)、山药(95.41%)、泽泻(95.04%)等,用药性味以甘为主。其次为苦、再次为涩;归经以肝肾为主,其次为心、再次为脾。结论从调补心肾论治失眠患者时以补肾益心、滋阴安神为主要治疗原则,用药以熟地黄、山茱萸、山药等频次较高。

Objective To summarize the clinical use of drugs in the treatment of insomnia with the theory of regulating the heart and kidney.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with insomnia and 262 outpatient prescriptions diagnosed and treated in the outpatient department of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences were conveniently selected as the research objects,and the corresponding prescriptions were entered using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system V1.1.Obtained the frequency of the corresponding Chinese medicine in the prescription,and summarized the mechanism and method of the treatment of insomnia by regulating the heart and kidney.Results From the experience of regulating the heart and kidney to treating insomnia,65 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines are used,of which 16 kinds were used more than 60%.The most frequently used was Rehmannia glutinosa(98.09%),followed by Cornus(95.80%)and Chinese yam(95.41%),Alisma orientalis(95.04%),etc.The medicine is mainly sweet in nature and flavor.The second was bitterness,and the second was astringent;the liver and kidneys were the main part of the meridian,followed by the heart,and again the spleen.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with insomnia from regulating the heart and kidney,the main principles of treatment are to invigorate the kidney,nourish the heart,nourish yin and calm the nerves.
