急诊生化检验采用血气生化仪与自动生化分析仪的检验结果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Results of the Blood Gas Biochemical Analyzer and Automatic Biochemical Analyzer in Emergency Biochemical Testing

目的为了指导急诊生化检验在临床中的应用,对比血气生化仪与自动生化分析仪二者检验结果的差异。方法在该院急诊2019年2月—2020年2月接诊的患者中随机选取88例作为该次研究对象,并同时行全自动生化分析仪和血气生化仪检查,对比两种仪器检测结果的不同。结果研究数据显示,血气生化仪的采血量、检验时间[(1.87±0.12)mL、(2.20±1.64)min]优于全自动生化分析仪[(3.58±0.24)mL、(48.55±5.44)min],组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=98.012、381.531,P<0.05);血气生化仪测得的钾、钠、氯离子的浓度[(4.33±1.18)、(136.68±7.60)、(97.61±4.20)mmol/L]低于全自动生化分析仪[(4.73±1.23)、(142.51±6.80)、(98.88±4.21)mmol/L],组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.889、4.778、3.111,P<0.05)。结论血气生化仪和全自动生化分析都能较好地检测各生化检验项目,但血气生化仪采血量更少,检验时间更短,更有助于临床早期快速准确评估患者病情,应作为急诊生化指标检验的首选。

Objective In order to guide the clinical application of emergency biochemical tests,to compare the difference between the test results of blood gas biochemical analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods A random selection of 88 patients from the emergency department of the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the object of this study,and they were examined by the automatic biochemical analyzer and blood gas biochemical analyzer at the same time,and the difference in the test results of the two instruments was compared.Results The research data showed that the blood volume and test time of the blood gas biochemical analyzer[(1.87±0.12)mL,(2.20±1.64)min]were better than that of the automatic biochemical analyzer[(3.58±0.24)mL,(48.55±5.44)min],and the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=98.012,381.531,P<0.05);the concentration of potassium,sodium,and chloride measured by blood gas biochemical analyzer[(4.33±1.18)mmol/L,(136.68±7.60)mmol/L,(97.61±4.20)mmol/L]were lower than fully automatic biochemical analyzers[(4.73±1.23)mmol/L,(142.51±6.80)mmol/L,(98.88±4.21)mmol/L],and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=2.889,4.778,3.111,P<0.05).Conclusion Both blood gas biochemical analyzer and automatic biochemical analysis can detect various biochemical test items well,but the blood gas biochemical analyzer has less blood and shorter test time,which is more helpful to quickly and accurately assess the patient’s condition in the early clinical stage,which is the first choice for index testing.
