浙江省慢性病儿童家庭教养方式与家庭复原力的关系

The Relationship Between Family Parenting Style and Family Resilience of Children with Chronic Diseases in Zhejiang Province

目的:探讨慢性病儿童家庭复原力水平,并分析家庭教养方式与家庭复原力的关系,为提高慢性病儿童家庭的积极调适提供依据。方法:采用家庭复原力评估量表和家庭教养方式问卷对在浙江省各儿童医院或综合医院就诊的慢性病儿童家长进行调查。结果:共回收有效问卷289份。慢性病儿童家庭复原力总分为(131.92±15.81)分,与家庭教养方式中的信任民主(r=0.343,P<0.01)和专制权威(r=0.182,P<0.01)呈正相关,控制人口学变量后,信任民主和专制权威可正向预测家庭复原力(P<0.05)。结论:慢性病儿童家庭复原力处于中等偏下水平,医护人员需关注不同慢性病儿童家庭适应,引导慢性病儿童家长采取正确的教养方式以促进家庭的复原能力。

Objective:To explore the family resilience level of children with chronic diseases,and to analyze relationship between family parenting style and family resilience,to provide a basis for improving the active adjustment of the family of children with chronic diseases.Methods:289 parents of children with chronic diseases from the comprehensive or children's hospitals in Zhejiang province were investigated with the family resilience assessment scale and the family parenting style questionnaire.Results:A total of 289 valid questionnaires were obtained.The total score of family resilience of children with chronic diseases was(131.92±15.81),which was positively correlated with trust democracy(r=0.343,P<0.01)and autocratic authority(r=0.182,P<0.01)in family parenting style.After controlling demographic variables,trust democracy and autocratic authority could positively predict family resilience(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family resilience of children with chronic diseases is at the low-middle level.Medical staff should pay attention to the family adaptation of children with different chronic diseases,and guide the parents of children with chronic diseases to take up the correct parenting styles so as to promote family resilience.
