对核医学化学师继续教育的思考

The Reflection on Continuing Education of Clinical Radio-Chemist

随着核医学的不断进步,化学师在核医学团队中的作用日益重要。但目前化学师从业人数严重不足、专业能力参差不齐,极大地制约了核医学的发展。受限于放射性药物化学专业设置和培养规模,化学师行业短期内仍无法大量补充专业人员,但是通过对现有化学师的继续教育,提升整个化学师队伍的专业技能与水平,却是一种快捷且行之有效的方式。现有化学师继续教育的途径主要有教材学习、培训班学习以及学术会议交流等,尽管培训的内容充实且形式多样,但是仍存在许多问题,如教材老旧、内容孤立,培训班受众面窄、针对性不强以及学术会议与会门槛高等问题,导致现有继续教育对广大化学师的帮助和提升有限。针对上述问题和不足,作者围绕教材建设、放射性药物培训班建设以及相关政策激励等方面,提出了建设性的意见和措施,以期最大程度地提高化学师的职业技能与素养,加快化学师的团队建设,从而助力核医学进入发展的快车道。

With the continuous progress of nuclear medicine,radio-chemists play an increasingly important role in the nuclear medicine team.However,the current number of radio-chemists is seriously insufficient and their professional abilities are uneven,which greatly restricts the development of nuclear medicine.Although it is difficult to expand the number of professional practitioners in the short term,it is a quick and effective way to enhance the professional skills and level of existing radio-chemists through continuing education.The existing avenues of continuing education for radio-chemists include the study of teaching materials,training courses,and the exchange of academic conferences.Although the contents of the training are rich and comprehensive,there are still many problems,such as old and isolated teaching materials,narrow and targeted training courses,and the high threshold of participation in academic conferences.To address the above problems and deficiencies,the authors put forward constructive suggestions and measures for the construction of teaching materials,radiopharmaceutical training courses and related policies and incentives,in order to maximize the improvement of radio-chemists’professional skills and quality and accelerate the team building of radio-chemists,so as to facilitate nuclear medicine enter the fast track of development.
