益气养阴活血汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病临床研究

Clinical Study on Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tang Combined with Dimethylbiguanide for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察益气养阴活血汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将96例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各48例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予益气养阴活血汤治疗,均以4周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗结束后对2组临床疗效以及血糖、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)]水平进行分析比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.83%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)、TC、TG水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组FBG和P2hBG、TC、TG水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组FBG和血脂水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴活血汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病效果确切,能有效降低患者血糖及血脂水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue tang combined with dimethylbiguanide for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dimethylbiguanide,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three courses,with four weeks being a course.After treatment,the clinical effect and the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid including total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate was 95.83% in the treatment group,and 83.33% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<00.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of fasting blood glucose,two-hour postprandial blood glucose,TC and TG between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,two-hour postprandial blood glucose,TC and TG in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of fasting blood glucose and blood lipid in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue tang combined with dimethylbiguanide has definite effect in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in patients.
