温经散寒活血方联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗原发性痛经临床研究

Clinical Study on Wenjing Sanhan Huoxue Prescription Combined with Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules for Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的:观察温经散寒活血方联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗原发性痛经(PD)的临床疗效。方法:将84例PD患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例,对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予温经散寒活血方治疗。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应情况;2组治疗前后凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)水平;2组治疗前后中医证候积分情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.24%,对照组为80.95%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PT、APTT、TT水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组PT、APTT、TT水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组PT、APTT、TT水平较治疗前改善不大(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前有所下降(P<0.05);且观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为4.76%,对照组为16.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温经散寒活血方联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗PD疗效确切,能显著缓解患者临床症状,改善凝血功能,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenjing Sanhan Huoxue prescription combined with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules for primary dysmenorrhea(PD).Methods:A total of 84 cases of PD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with Wenjing Sanhan Huoxue prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The levels of three coagulations including prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)in serum and Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment as well as the clinical effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 95.24%in the observation group and 80.95%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PT,APTT and TT in the observation group were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PT,APTT and TT in the control group were not significantly improved(P>0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.76%in the observation group and 16.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The therapy of Wenjing Sanhan Huoxue prescription combined with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules has definite curative effect in treating PD,which can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the coagulation function and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
