疏风宣肺止咳化痰方联合孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征临床研究

Clinical Study on Shufeng Xuanfei Zhike Huatan Prescription Combined with Montelukast Sodium and Budesonide Nasal Spray for Upper Airway Cough Syndrome in Children

目的:观察疏风宣肺止咳化痰方联合孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取120例上气道咳嗽综合征患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各60例。对照组给予西药孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予中药疏风宣肺止咳化痰方治疗,疗程结束后评估2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、症状缓解时间、不良反应及复发情况等。结果:治疗后治疗组临床总有效率为88.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组中医证候积分降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组中医证候积分较低(P<0.05),咳嗽缓解时间、鼻部症状缓解时间及咽部症状缓解时间均较短(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,治疗组复发率为3.77%,低于对照组的19.05%(P<0.05)。结论:采用疏风宣肺止咳化痰方联合孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征疗效满意,可有效促进患儿症状改善,药物安全性高,并能降低复发率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shufeng Xuanfei Zhike Huatan prescription combined with montelukast sodium and budesonide nasal spray for upper airway cough syndrome in children.Methods:A total of 120 cases of children with upper airway cough syndrome were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine of montelukast sodium and budesonide nasal spray,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine of Shufeng Xuanfei Zhike Huatan prescription based on the treatment of the control group.After treatment,the clinical effect,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,symptom relief time,adverse reactions and recurrence in the two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 88.33% in the treatment group,higher than that of 70.00% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine symptom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);Chinese medicine symptom score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),relief time of cough,nasal symptoms and pharyngeal symptoms was shorter(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After three-month treatment,the recurrence rate was 3.77% in the treatment group,lower than that of 19.05% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shufeng Xuanfei Zhike Huatan prescription combined with montelukast sodium and budesonide nasal spray has satisfying curative effect for upper airway cough syndrome in children,and can effectively promote their improvement of symptoms with high drug safety and reduce recurrence rate.
