白及三黄粉联合宫颈环形电切术治疗高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变临床研究 被引量:4

Clinical Study on Baiji Sanhuang Powder Combined with Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure for High-Grade Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

摘要 目的:观察白及三黄粉联合宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的疗效。方法:选取60例CINⅡ或Ⅲ级无间质浸润的已育妇女,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。治疗组在LEEP术后给予患者白及三黄粉宫颈上药,对照组在术后不采取特殊处理,观察并比较2组术后疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组阴道排液时间、阴道流血时间、阴道流血量、宫颈创面愈合时间、术后阴道炎发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组患者术后3个月、6个月人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)阳性率均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组术后3个月、6个月复查细胞病理学结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:LEEP术后宫颈创面给予白及三黄粉可促进愈合,减少阴道排液、创面出血及感染等手术不良反应,显著提高HPV转阴率。 Objective:To observe the curative effect of Baiji Sanhuang powder combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)for high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods:A total of 60 cases of fertile women with CIN grade Ⅱ or Ⅲ without interstitial infiltration were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Baiji Sanhuang powder on the cervix after LEEP,and the control group was not given special treatment after LEEP.The postoperative curative effect in the two groups was observed and compared.Results:After treatment,vaginal discharge time,bleeding time,amount of bleeding,wound healing time of cervix and incidence of postoperative vaginitis in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Three and six months after surgery respectively,the Human papillomavirus(HPV)positive rates in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of review results of cytopathology between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:After LEEP,Baiji Sanhuang powder given to cervical wounds can promote the healing,reduce the adverse reactions such as vaginal discharge,wound bleeding and infection,and significantly improve the negative conversion rate of HPV.
