摘要
目的:观察中医护理在子宫肌瘤围手术期中的应用效果。方法:选取84例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为对照组及研究组各42例。对照组围手术期给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上加用中医护理。比较2组术后下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间、疼痛程度、生活质量及护理质量。结果:研究组术后下床活动时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。术后1周,研究组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.01),肿瘤患者生活质量评价表(QOL)评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组基础护理、病区管理、护理安全评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医护理用于子宫肌瘤围手术期护理中,护理质量明显高于常规护理,可有效缓解患者疼痛,缩短其术后下床活动时间、住院时间和肛门排气时间,改善其生活质量。
Objective:To observe the application effect of Chinese medicine nursing on uterine fibroids during perioperative period.Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,42 cases in each group.During perioperative period,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine nursing based on the intervention of the control group.Postoperative ambulation time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time,pain degree,quality of life and quality of nursing in the two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative ambulation time,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).One week after operation,the score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01);the score of Quality of Life Assessment(QOL)in tumor patients in study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of basic nursing,ward management and nursing safety in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of Chinese medicine nursing for uterine fibroids during perioperative nursing has significantly higher quality of nursing than that of routine nursing,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients,shorten the postoperative ambulation time,hospitalization time and anal exhaust time,and improve the quality of life.
