摘要
目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠联合辅酶Q10治疗病毒性心肌炎患儿的效果及对患儿心肌酶水平和免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年6月-2020年9月浙江省台州医院收治的100例毒性心肌炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患儿给予辅酶Q10胶囊治疗,观察组患儿给予辅酶Q10胶囊联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗。观察两组患儿心肌酶水平、免疫功能、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患儿肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、肌钙蛋白(cTnI)及肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)等指标水平均显著低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)等水平均优于对照组,临床总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论病毒性心肌炎患儿临床治疗中选用辅酶Q10胶囊联合磷酸肌酸钠方案,可降低心肌损害,提高患儿免疫功能,治疗有效率较高,且药物不良反应发生率较小,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of creatine phosphate combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis and its effect on myocardial enzyme levels and immune function.Methods 100 children with toxic myocarditis in the hospital from June 2017 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(50 cases)was given coenzyme Q10,while the observation group(50 cases)was given coenzyme Q10 with creatine phosphate sodium.The levels of myocardial enzymes,immune function,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of CK-MB,LDH,HBDH,cTnI and CPK in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the clinical total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(all P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 with creatine phosphate sodium in the clinical treatment of children with viral myocarditis can reduce myocardial damage and improve the immune function of children,with high effective rate and low adverse drug reaction rate,which is worthy of promotion.
