2015年-2019年某省老年病医院老年住院患者死亡情况统计分析

Statistical analysis of senile inpatient deaths in a provincial geriatric hospital from 2015 to 2019

目的通过分析某省老年病医院住院老年患者死亡的性别、年龄、季节、死亡原因等主要特征,为医院提高老年疾病诊疗水平、降低死亡率、提高医疗质量管理提供科学依据。方法通过病案管理系统导出2015年1月1日-2019年12月31日住院患者信息,筛选出年龄大于60岁的老年患者,通过SPSS24.0对数据进行统计分析。结果某省老年病医院住院患者死亡率为2.89%(846/29281),男性患者死亡率高于女性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);死亡率随年龄增加而上升;死因前3位分别为呼吸系统疾病、多器官功能衰竭及猝死、循环系统疾病;死亡病例呈季节性分布,多发生在冬季;结论老年死亡患者具有性别、季节特点,循环系统和呼吸系统疾病为主要死因。需加强对老年男性患者的重视,加强对老年患者循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、神经系统疾病的预防与治疗,重视老年患者冬季的护理与治疗,降低病死率。

Objectives To provide scientific basis for improving the level of diagnosis and treatment of geriatric diseases,reducing the mortality rate and improving the management of medical quality by analyzing the main characteristics of death of geriatric inpatients in a geriatric hospital in a province.Methods The information of all inpatients in a hospital from January 1 st,2015 to December 31 st,2019 was derived from the medical record management system,and the elderly patients over 60 years old were screened out,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS24.0.Results The mortality rate of elderly inpatients in a geriatric hospital was 2.89%(846/29281),and the mortality rate of male patients was higher than that of female patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Mortality increases with age;the top three causes of death were respiratory disease,multiple organ failure and sudden death,and circulatory system disease.The death cases were seasonal distribution,mostly occurred in winter.Conclusions It was necessary to pay more attention to the elderly male patients,strengthen the prevention and treatment of circulatory system diseases,respiratory system diseases and nervous system diseases of the elderly patients,attach importance to the nursing and treatment of the elderly patients in winter,and reduce the mortality.
