摘要
目的探讨PBL结合CBL教学法在心电图教学中的应用效果,为提高教学质量提供参考依据。方法将某医学院2020年5月6日-2020年7月3日期间2017级本科实习临床1班和临床2班,各60人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统的教学模式,观察组采用PBL结合CBL的教学模式,通过比较2组学生的心电图理论知识成绩、心电图识图成绩、总评成绩和对教学模式的认可度,评估2组教学模式的教学效果。结果观察组心电图理论知识成绩、心电图识图成绩和总评成绩分别为(86.5±5.6)分、(80.7±5.0)分和(83.6±5.4)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组更能激发学生学习兴趣、提高自主学习能力、提高分析问题和解决问题能力、利于知识掌握和师生互动(P<0.05)。观察组学生教学满意度为88.3%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在心电图教学中,PBL结合CBL的教学模式可明显提高学生的理论和实践成绩,提升教学满意度。
Objectives To explore the application effects of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in electrocardiogram teaching.Methods Clinical class 1 and class 2(60 students,respective)of grade 2017 in a medical university were randomly divided into control group and observation group from May 6 th,2020 to July 3 rd,2020.The traditional teaching mode was used in the control group,and the PBL combined with CBL teaching mode was used in the observation group.The teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated by comparing the scores of electrocardiogram theoretical knowledge,electrocardiogram reading score,total evaluation score and recognition of teaching mode.Results The scores of electrocardiogram theoretical knowledge,electrocardiogram reading score and total evaluation score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the PBL combined with CBL teaching mode in the observation group was easier to stimulate students’interest in learning,improve autonomous learning ability,improve their ability to analyze and solve problems,and facilitate knowledge acquisition and interaction between teachers and students(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching mode in the observation group was 88.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For electrocardiogram teaching,PBL combined with CBL teaching mode could significantly improve students’theoretical and practical scores,and improve teaching satisfaction.
