奥马哈系统护理模式在人工股骨头置换术后的应用及护理效益研究 被引量:1

摘要 拟探究奥马哈系统护理模式在人工股骨头置换术后的应用以及护理效果。连续性纳入酒泉市肃州区联勤保障部队第九四四医院的临床行人工股骨头置换术式的患者122例随机分为对照组(n=61)和试验组(n=61),对照组采用常规护理模式,试验组采用奥马哈系统护理模式。通过认知-行为-状况(Kognitionswissenschaft-BehaviorStatus,K-B-S)3方面评价护理效果,同时采用髋关节Harris评分量表评估髋关节功能。试验组在术后1天主要存在术后肿胀疼痛、神经-肌肉-骨骼功能等、睡眠状态以及身体活动等4类护理问题,试验组患者术后1天、1周、2周、4周以及8周的K-B-S成效评分结果与对照组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05),同时两组患者在术后随访期间Harris评分具有统计学差异(F=26.838,P<0.05)。奥马哈护理模式可显著改善行人工股骨头置换术患者的术后疼痛,提高患者的睡眠质量,此外可有效促进患者髋关节生理运动功能的恢复,值得临床试用。
