摘要
针对中心建设用地扩张过程中存在的边界不统一问题,该文以Landsat TM/OLI遥感图像为基础数据源,通过分析样本纹理波谱,建立纹理归一化指数,运用监督分类法提取了遵化市中心的建设用地。采用扩张强度指标、紧凑指数、城市扩张弹性指数、城市重心和象限分析等方法分析了1992—2019年遵化城市建设用地的时空演变模式。结果显示,建设用地呈向外扩张态势,且扩张速率大于城镇人口增速,城镇土地利用率低,但结构在理论上相对紧密。该研究从县域城市出发,探索县域建设用地扩张规律,对了解县级城市空间扩张形态、方向和规律提供了方法和数据参考。
In view of the problem that the boundary was not uniform in the process of the expansion of the construction land of the center,based on the Landsat TM/OLI remote sensing data source,by analyzing the sample texture wave,establishing the texture normalization index,using the supervised classification method to extract the construction land of the center of Zunhua.The spatial-temporal evolution model of urban construction land in Zunhua from 1992 to 2019 was analyzed by means of expansion intensity index,compact index,urban expansion elasticity index,urban center of gravity and quadrant analysis.The results showed that the construction land was expanding outwards,and the expansion rate was faster than the urban population growth rate,and the urban land use rate was low,but the structure was relatively close in theory.This research started from the county city,explored the county construction land expansion law,provided the method and the data reference for understanding the county city spatial expansion shape.
