Upgrading of DW15 Universal Circuit Breaker

对有预储能式和无预储能式DW15万能式断路器控制原理进行分析,并将控制原理图转换为单独回路图的形式,便于进行PLC编程。采用西门子PLC对断路器的控制系统进行改造,一方面较好地解决了DW 15万能式断路二次控制回路中的中间继电器易发生故障而导致断路器不能进行储能和合闸操作且维修比较困难的问题,提高了断路器控制的可靠性和操作人员的安全性;另一方面由于PLC设备的接入为断路器的网络化和智能化提供了平台,可以通过扩充PLC设备和程序使得断路器实现新的功能、为断路器的信息化改造提供基础。

This paper analyzed the control principle of DW15 universal circuit breaker with and without pre energy storage,and converted the control schematic diagram into a separate circuit diagram,which is convenient for PLC programming.By using Siemens PLC to reform the control system of circuit breaker,on the one hand,it solved the problem that the intermediate relay in the secondary control circuit of DW15 universal circuit breaker was prone to failure,which led to the failure of energy storage and closing operation of the circuit breaker and the difficulty of maintenance,and improved the reliability of circuit breaker control and the safety of operators;on the other hand,the access of PLC equipment provided a platform for the network and intelligence of circuit breakers,and by expanding PLC equipment and procedures,the circuit breakers can realize new functions and provide a basis for the information transformation of circuit breakers.
