冶金铁道车辆轴承故障分析及检修质量提升措施

摘要 轴承是冶金铁道车辆的重要组成部件,轴承技术状态是否可靠,是保障冶金铁道车辆安全运行的前提条件,对铁道车辆典型轴承故障进行分析找出故障规律,从轴承检修源头出发,对提高轴承检修质量的措施进行了研究,为冶金铁道车辆轴承检修技术、管理及现场实际操作提供参考。 Bearing is an important component of metallurgical railway vehicles,and whether the technical state of bearing is reliable or not is the precondition to ensure the s£ife operation of metallurgical railway vehicles,and so the paper analyzed the typical bearing faults of railway vehicles,found out the fault rules,and studied the measures to improve the quality of bearing maintenance from the source of bearing maintenance,so as to provide reference for the bearing maintenance technology,management and field operation of metallurgical railway vehicles.
