高压压缩氢气塑料内胆复合气瓶是目前国际上氢燃料电池汽车主要的储氢容器.国内制造商缺乏对该类气瓶的生产经验,技术储备有限,开发难度较大.本文通过整理国际及国内产品标准对塑料内胆的要求、分析在气瓶整个生命周期中内胆可能发生的变化两方面内容,探讨了作为技术难点之一的塑料内胆选材问题,对该类气瓶未来的制造及内胆材料开发工作具有一定参考意义.

Compressed hydrogen composite tanks with plastic liners are the main storage vessel used on the hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle.Domestic manufacturers lack of experience and technical reserve in the production of this kind of composite tanks.Development of this product is difficult for them.This essay discuss the material selection of plastic liner,which is the one of the technical difficulties,by sorting out the requirements of international and domestic product standards on plastic liner and analyzing the possible changes of plastic liner in the whole life cycle of gas cylinders.This essay will provide the reference for the follow-up manufacture of compressed hydrogen composite tanks with plastic liners and new materials selection for the liners.
