喀什地区篮球俱乐部发展现状及对策研究

Investigation and Research on the Development Status of Kashgar Basketball Clubs

采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,以喀什地区篮球俱乐部运营现状为研究对象,从俱乐部运营、篮球教练员和会员等方面进行调查研究,了解和掌握当地篮球俱乐部发展情况及制约因素,并针对存在问题提出:加大篮球运动宣传力度,规范篮球俱乐部硬件建设条件,提升篮球俱乐部教学管理水平,加强篮球俱乐部教练队伍建设等措施建议,为促进当地篮球俱乐部健康有序发展提供理论和实践指导。

By the methods of literature review, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, taking the current situation of the operation of basketball clubs in Kashgar as the research object, this paper investigates and studies the operation, coaches and members of the local basketball clubs, so as to understand and master the development situation and restrictive factors of the local basketball clubs. In order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the healthy and orderly development of local basketball clubs, we should strengthen the construction of basketball clubs’ coaches, strengthen the construction of basketball clubs’ coaches, and standardize the hardware construction conditions of basketball clubs.
