“慕课+翻转课堂”在高校公共羽毛球选修课中的实验研究 被引量:10

Experimental Study Based on "MOOC+Flipped Class" in the Public Badminton Elective Course of Colleges

摘要 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法对"慕课+翻转课堂"模式在高校公共羽毛球选修课中的应用进行研究,结合"慕课+翻转课堂"模式的基本特征和教学理念进行了实验设计。实验结果表明:通过"慕课+翻转课堂"模式,实验班学生在正手发高远球、正手击高远球、正反手挑球和正反手放网前球技术,以及自我技能的认知上均优于对照班,且差异显著;实验班学生羽毛球锻炼兴趣高于对照班,且差异显著;身体素质6项指标中,实验班有5项优于对照班,且有两项差异显著,对照班学生身体素质的各项指标相对实验前有一定提升但均无明显差异。 By the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method, this experimental design is based on the application of "MOOC+Flipped Class" mode in college public badminton elective course, combining with the basic characteristics and teaching philosophy of "MOOC+Flipped Class" mode. Experimental studies have shown that: through the "MOOC+Flipped Class" mode, the students in the experimental class were excellent in the forehand serving high-altitude ball, forehand hitting high-altitude ball, forehand and backhand picking ball, and putting the ball in front of the net by forehand and backhand, as well as self-skill recognition, in addition, these differences were significant. The students in the experimental class were more interested in badminton training than the control class, and the difference was significant. Among the six indicators of physical fitness, there were five indicators in the experimental class that were better than the control class, and there were two significant differences among them. The physical quality indicators of the students in the control class have a certain improvement compared with before, but there was no significant difference.
