Review On the Knowledge Mining Technology about Medical Records

电子病案存储了医务人员医疗活动相关的信息,其中蕴藏着大量医疗经验和知识。数据挖掘与知识发现技术可以从中发现潜在的、当前未知的医疗知识,能够为医疗活动提供科学依据。为此,本文回顾了病案信息管理的现状,总结了电子病案管理的流程,及其在医疗活动中的重要作用;论述数据挖掘与知识发现的进展、挖掘流程和常用的挖掘方法;讨论了病案知识数据挖掘的过程及进展;探讨了病案知识类型,以及常用的病案知识数据挖掘的技术。

Electronic medical records store a large amount of information about medical activities, which contains massive medical experience and knowledge. Data mining and knowledge discovery(DMKD for short) technology is utilized to find potential and unknown medical knowledge. These knowledge can provide some scientific basis for medical activities. Thus, this paper first reviews the current situation of the medical record information management, summarizes its management method, states its important role in medical activities. Secondly, this paper reviews the DKMKD progress, analyses the mining process and a few mining methods. Then, this paper concludes some works in the medical record DMKD field, depicts the its process. Finally, in this paper, the medical record knowledge category are discusses, and the generic medical record DMKD technologies are probed.
