基于电子签名的无痛胃镜无纸化系统设计

Design of Paperless System for Painless Gastroscope Based on Electronic Signature

为解决传统无痛胃镜检查流程中的管理难点,构建基于电子签名的无痛胃镜无纸化系统,保障电子医疗文书的合法性、不可抵赖性和可追溯性。通过调研某三甲医院无痛胃镜业务流程,采用电子签名技术从医师与患者2方面进行无纸化改造,在移动端实现CA证书发布及身份认证。借助电子签名技术对胃镜检查进行全流程优化改造,医师与患者使用相应的电子签名方案完成检查申请、签具知情同意书、发布检查报告,改变传统纸质签名模式。无痛胃镜无纸化系统的运用,能够有效降低人力成本和时间成本,提高科室工作效率及医院病案管理质量。

In order to solve the management difficulties in the traditional painless gastroscopy procedure,a paperless system for painless gastroscopy based on electronic signatures was constructed to ensure the legality,non-repudiation and traceability of electronic medical documents.By investigating the business process of painless gastroscopy in a tertiary hospital,using electronic signature technology to carry out paperless transformation from both doctors and patients,and realize CA certificate issuance and identity authentication on the mobile terminal.With the help of electronic signature technology to optimize the entire process of gastroscopy,doctors and patients use corresponding electronic signature schemes to complete examination applications,sign informed consent,and issue examination reports,changing the traditional paper signature model.The application of the painless gastroscope paperless system could effectively reduce labor and time costs,improve the efficiency of the department and the quality of hospital medical record management.
