CBL结合互联网移动平台在妇产科临床实习教学中的应用 被引量:12

Application of CBL Method Combined with Internet Mobile Platform in Clinical Internship Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department

摘要 目的探究CBL与互联网移动平台结合应用于妇产科临床实习的教学效果。方法选用某院2019年7月1日-12月1日在妇产科实习的2015级本科五年级学生为对象,随机分为实验组(CBL+互联网移动平台教学组)35名和对照组(传统教学组)39名,实验组采用CBL+互联网移动平台教学模式,对照组采用传统的教学方式,以实习结束后出科考试成绩(总成绩、理论成绩、技能考核)和调查问卷综合评价CBL+互联网移动平台的教学效果,探讨其应用价值。结果实验组出科考试总成绩为82.43±5.82分,对照组为78.69±5.69分,其中理论考试成绩实验组为85.94±6.22分,对照组为81.87±6.69分,技能考核成绩实验组为80.09±5.95分,对照组为76.57±5.46分,差异均具有统计学意义。CBL+互联网移动平台教学组出科考试无论在理论、技能考核或总成绩均明显高于传统教学组。调查问卷结果显示实验组学生对CBL+互联网移动平台教学模式认可度较高,大部分认为实习收获较大。结论CBL+互联网移动平台教学方案将互联网移动平台的便捷性、趣味性、普及性和CBL的教学优势有机融合,在妇产科实习中有助于提高实习教学质量和学生成绩,激发学生实习兴趣,锻炼临床思维能力,学生认可度高,具有进一步推广应用价值。 Objectives To exploring the effect of combining CBL and internet mobile platform in clinical internship in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods The five-year undergraduates who were internships in Obstetrics and Gynecology department in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from July to November 2019 were selected as subjects,and they were randomly divided into a trial group(35 in CBL combined with internet mobile platform group)and a control group(39 in traditional group),the trial group adopts the CBL combined with internet mobile platform teaching mode,and the control group adopts the traditional method.After the internship,the effect of the CBL combined with internet mobile platform teaching and its application value were comprehensively analyzed with the examination result(total scores,theoretical performance,skills assessment)and questionnaire survey.Results The total score of the experimental group was 82.43±5.82 points,with the control group 78.69±5.69 points;the theoretical test scores were 85.94±6.22 points in the experimental group,while the control group was 81.87±6.69 points;the skill assessment scores were 80.09±5.95 points in the experimental group compared with 76.57±5.46 points in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant.It could be seen that in the CBL combined with internet mobile platform teaching group,the scores of the examinations were significantly higher than the traditional teaching group in terms of theoretical scores,skills assessment scores or total scores.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group students had a high recognition of the CBL combined with internet mobile platform teaching model,and most of them believed that the internship was more rewarding.Conclusions The CBL combined with internet mobile platform teaching program organically integrated the convenience,interest,and popularity of the internet mobile platform with the advantages of CBL,contributed a lot to the quality of internship teaching and student performance in the practice of obstetrics and gynecology,stimulated students’interest in internship,and exercise their clinical thinking ability,with a high degree of recognition and further value for promotion and application.
