尿毒症患者内源性抗氧化能力和炎症反应水平及其临床意义 被引量:2

Endogenous Antioxidant Capacity and Inflammatory Response in Uremic Patients and Their Clinical Significance

摘要 目的观察尿毒症患者内源性抗氧化能力和炎症因子水平,并分析其临床意义。方法选取2017年8月1日-2020年2月28日在某院接受治疗的尿毒症患者为研究对象,同时选取同期在某院接受体检的健康成年人作为对照。观察2组内源性抗氧化能力、炎症因子和肾功能指标的差异,分析尿毒症患者内源性抗氧化能力与炎症因子、肾功能指标的相关性。结果尿毒症组患者的超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、一氧化氮水平分别为62.37±2.98U/ml、70.18±7.02U/L、120.35±10.22μmol/L,低于对照组;尿毒症组患者的肿瘤坏死因子-α、高敏-C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平分别为118.19±8.67ng/L、11.48±2.06mg/L、22.18±2.45ng/L,高于对照组;尿毒症组患者的Hcy、BUN、Scr水平分别为33.45±5.35μmol/L、2.51±0.27mmol/L、384.22±15.04μmol/L,高于对照组;尿毒症患者的SOD、GSH-PX、NO水平与TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6、Hcy、BUN、Scr水平负相关。结论尿毒症患者内源性抗氧化能力较低,炎症因子水平较高,且与肾功能指标密切相关。 Objectives To observe the levels of endogenous antioxidant capacity and inflammatory factors in uremic patients and analyze their clinical significance.Methods The patients who received the treatment of uremia in our hospital from August 1st,2017 to February 28th,2020 were selected as the research subjects.At the same time,the healthy adults who received physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control.The differences of endogenous antioxidant capacity,inflammatory factors and renal function indexes were observed in the two groups,and the correlation between endogenous antioxidant capacity and inflammatory factors and renal function indexes in uremia patients was analyzed.Results The levels of SOD,GSH-PX and NO in the uremia group were 62.37±2.98 U/ml,70.18±7.02 U/L and 120.35±10.22 micromol/L respectively,which were lower than those in the control group.The levels of TNF-a,hs-CRP and IL-6 in uremia group were 118.19±8.67 ng/L,11.48±2.06 mg/L and 22.18±2.45 ng/L respectively,which were higher than those in control group.The levels of Hcy,BUN and Scr in uremia group were 33.45±5.35μmol/L,2.51±0.27 mmol/L and 384.22±15.04μmol/L respectively,which were higher than those in control group.The levels of SOD,GSH-PX and NO in uremic patients were negatively correlated with the levels of TNF-a,hs-CRP,IL-6,Hcy,BUN and Scr.Conclusions The endogenous antioxidant capacity of uremic patients was low,the level of inflammatory factors was high,and it was closely related to renal function indicators.
